Workshop [Entrepreneurship] - Development Plan. Marketing, Sales. Operations
#FORMAT
The Workshops represent interactive sessions focusing on the transfer of knowledge through experience exchange. The sessions, with up to 3 speakers, take place in the form of 15-minutes presentations, focused on case studies, examples of good practice, analyze, and are followed by interactive sessions of moderate questions and responses. The sessions with 4 to 5 speakers take place in the form of an interview on stage, followed by moderate questions and responses. Question and answer sessions last for at least 40 minutes, thus enabling those in the room to adapt the content of these sessions to their specific problems and concerns, increasing the usefulness and relevance of these sessions.

I focus on the professional services areas, initially setting up my own training company and building it into one of the leading management training companies in Romania. I have also set up a sales improvement company focused on obtaining measurable results. I successfully worked as a business trainer, helping managers reach their leadership potential and building market-winning teams. Currently working as CEO of the British-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and overseeing the development and implementation of the British Business Centre. Part of a UKTI-funded project, we are working to draw British business to Romania and significantly boost trade relations between the UK and Romania

Imani is an Entrepreneurship and Economic Development analyst. He obtained his PhD in Economic Geography and Entrepreneurship from the University of Birmingham in 2006. His research focused on Business incubation and Clustering - local economic growth in Developing countries. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Birmingham City University and a BA (Hons) major in HRM from Wolverhampton University. He teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses in Entrepreneurship and Research methods. His works on entrepreneurship and local economic growth have been published in English and Swahili. He is a Senior Lecturer in International Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development at QA Higher Education – University of Ulster (Birmingham and London Campuses). Visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship – Belgrade Faculty of Business Economics, Employment and Entrepreneurship. He is an Associate Member of the Higher Education Academy.
