Special workshop 7 - PM Galaxy - Project Management on the game board
Workshop description: We invite you to come out and play! Join us on a trip to the Project Galaxy, with the first Romanian board game on project management topics as our guide.

This game aims to test your project management knowledge and skills, in a fun way, on a journey filled with challenges, where the only constant is the fight for resources. There are five projects in the game, each of them coordinated by a player. The projects have their own goals, but they are interdependent. The winner is the one who manages to complete the project they receive and who fulfils all the criteria for its success, listed in the description of each project.
The game follows closely the Project Management stages. In the Start and Planning stages, players choose to answer Quizzes or not (Resources are obtained for the correct answer); in the Execution stage, the Challenges will force decisions taken by the players, who will choose whether or not they collaborate with the other projects, as the resources are common and limited. But if they decide to go through the Reporting positions, they have the chance to obtain a Stakeholder Support Resource. In the Closing stage, players can still collect the Learned Lessons necessary to complete the game.
