Simona asserted her position on the training market thanks to her results: the present aspect of her case studies and the techniques she has used, her practical approach, based on the trainers’ experience, customizing sessions according to clients’ specific requests. Advisor of Project Management Institute at a global level, Simona is often a speaker at international project management congresses.
