Shaun is the International Account Manager for the EMEA region, his remit is to help develop and support the Thomas network of partners and business units to grow and develop their operations. Assisting with product development, up-skilling of our global consultant network, business development and maintenance of the Thomas brand and service standards. Shaun joined Thomas in 2010, as a Client Development Consultant assisting both client and Thomas field consultants across the UK Southern Region. In 2012, Shaun become the Regional Account Manager, working with the existing client base helping to develop their use of Thomas assessments and assisting them to effectively recruit, retain, develop and lead high performance teams and individuals. In January 2015, Shaun was asked to join the international team and to develop and grow the service that is provided to the Thomas global partner network, helping Thomas distributors all over the world to grow, build and support their client base. He has just recently returned from South Africa where he supported coordinated the recruitment, set-up and on-boarding of the new Thomas South Africa business operation.

As Global Training Director, Rod’s remit is to help Thomas' clients use our assessments to transform the performance of their people and ultimately their business. He works with Thomas’ global network of distributors to help clients recruit, retain, develop and lead high performance teams and individuals. Additionally, Rod trains clients all over the world, from large corporates to the smallest businesses. He is often seen at events, on TV and in the media demonstrating the power that people assessments can bring to any organization. Having joined Thomas in 1999, Rod quickly became one of the company’s most successful sales consultants. In 2000, he was awarded Thomas International’s Best Newcomer Trophy (UK). In 2005, Rod took on a new challenge as London’s Regional Director, and quickly put together a dynamic team working with him out of the newly refurbished London Office. Since January 2008, Rod has been growing Thomas International’s global presence, helping Thomas distributors all over the world grow and support their client base. După 4 ani de programare și 3 ani de vânzări, a descoperit ce înseamnă cu adevărat oratoria, în Octombrie 2012, la clubul Toastmasters Cluj. În 2013 s-a dedicat complet public speaking-ului și a devenit unul din cei mai premiați și apreciați experți din acest domeniu din România, fiind dublu campion European și de 12 ori campion național la Public Speaking.
