International Evening Purpose
The event is part of our endeavours to facilitate promoting Romania as a business destination, to encourage business exchanges and partnerships between the Romanian companies and the foreign companies and to attract investors in this country.
This action is a first step that we take in order to move on to the international level of Business Days.
In this endeavour we build partnerships and cooperation bridges with Embassies, Consulates, bilateral Chambers of Commerce and businessmen Bilateral Associations.
We hereby thank to bilateral Romania-Israel Chamber of Commerce, to bilateral Romania-UK Chamber of Commerce, to bilateral Romania-Netherlands Chamber of Commerce, to bilateral Romania-France Chamber of Commerce for making possible the organization of these evenings at high quality level and for sustaining our efforts to place Romania on the world map as a business destination.
Who Are the Addressees?
The stakeholders will be manageri corporate managers from Israel, United Kingdom, the Netherlands and France and from other countries that have companies in Romania, expats, entrepreneurs and managers of Romanian companies that are interested in finding business opportunities with those companies, officials, representatives of bilateral chambers of commerce and of bilateral professional associations, economic diplomats, ambassadors, consuls, economic attachés.
How to take part in the business networking international evenings?
The persons that may take part in the business networking international evenings are only the persons who received an invitation from organizers or from the partners who support the evenings and who confirmed their participation.
The persons having a PREMIUM or a VIP access ticket may apply for an invitation to the organizers.
Everybody having a VIP access ticket will receive the invitation on e-mail, provided that there are still enough places available at the application time.
Those with PREMIUM access ticket will enter an attendance approval process submitted to an accreditation board made up of representatives of the organizers, of sponsors, of embassies and consulates, respectively of the bilateral chambers of commerce. Once the application is approved, the guest will receive the invitation on e-mail, provided that there are still enough places available at the application time. Otherwise, a denial e-mail will be sent, setting out the reason of the denial: unavailable places or participation denied by the accreditation board.
How Will It Take Place?
The business networking international evenings take place each evening during the Iași Business Days 2015 event as from 6:30 p.m.
On each event, one or several international guest speakers will attend for a short presentation of a topic of high interest in the international business area.
The number of places in the international evenings is limited to 50.
The schedule proposed for these evenings is:
6:30-6:35 p.m. - opening speech by the Business Days chairperson
6:35-6:40 p.m. - introduction by the sponsor of the events
6:40-7:00 p.m. - representatives of the consulates, of embassies, of bilateral chambers of commerce or of the relevant professional associations will have the floor thereafter
7:00-7:30 p.m.- key-note speech - special guests
7:30-8:10 p.m. - cocktail and networking
