Special workshop 5 - 3S. Smart Buildings, Smart Design si Smart Business

What is the procedure? – Micro-presentation sessions followed by moderated Q&A sessions.

TOPIC

The workshop offered by TeraxDesign&Build will bring a new approach of planning the working space in office buildings. More precisely, the three founders of the project, GenovevaHossu, ClaudiuGaidoșand Remus Marusciac, will reveal their own formula, newly developed, of increasing the efficiency of office spaces. By reorganizing the building and, particularly, with smart thinking, TeraxDesign&Build will be able to optimize, enhance the commercial space and render it profitable, so that it can become a true business partner.

By replanning offices and providing the proper working environment to employees, their results will be better and they will bring added value to the company. Moreover, during the 3s: “Smart Buildings. Smart Design. Smart Business” workshop, the speakers will talk about how maintenance costs can be reduced, by using smart systems, with the initial investments in the building construction being amortized in time and even bringing profit. Thus, you will see how, by adding a minimum financial effort to the initial investment, in order to implement the smart mechanisms to save electricity, 15 years later the owners of the building will have a significant percentage of the initial investment return to them. Thus, the building can help us grow the company and its profit.

Another advantage associated to smart offices is the added value. At the workshop The 3s: “Smart Buildings. Smart Design. Smart Business, TeraxDesign&Build will show how, through efficient use of the space and smart decoration, with carefully chosen materials and colors, the impact on clients and the first impression of the company will generally definitely be beneficial to it.

His efforts are generally directed towards reducing the energy consumption generated by the operation of buildings. By Terax Design & Build project, he seeks to capitalize the latest trends in sustainability of buildings, in order that the investments in office spaces designed and arranged by Terax Design & Build team to turn in time into passive incomes.

Founding Partner, Terax

Passionate about everything related to architecture, Marusciac Remus has tried since 1992 to find and promote the latest technologies related to his field of activity. He is continually looking for solutions to optimize constructions, execution and operational costs to bring added value to Terax Design & Build projects. His involvement is to achieve the overall concept and project coordination sorted by specialties to the finest details. Remus is concerned, in particular, with the details, from the overall functionality of the building up to the aspects of interior fitting. Confirming his special interest for the sustainability of constructions and promoting of green buildings, he is member of the Green Building Professional and is a founding member of RoGBC Transylvania. Over the years, he continued to develop in this direction, and currently find he is under accreditation as BREEAM Assessor. In parallel, Remus Marusciac has specialized in architectural lighting, as this was the area which attracted him the most, becoming "illumination specialist", certified by the Romanian National Committee on Illumination.
