In the past, many people started their own business because they had no other opportunities. Businesses “Father and Mother” or “Father and son” prospered.
Today, in the reality of the world we are living in, the idea of being an entrepreneur is changing, particularly among generations, where becoming an entrepreneur becomes both a goal and a necessity.
Once mentalities are changing, a number of trends come together to make the entrepreneurial road easier, quicker and cheaper. They include technological evolutions that allow entrepreneurs not just to hit the road quickly and often in the virtual space, but also to develop innovative business models.
The number of financing platforms and HUBS for entrepreneurial activities have exploded, offering beginner entrepreneurs access to capital, resources and knowledge and, at the same time, the chance that their ideas can be tested and assessed by experts and other colleagues.
We have invited a series of entrepreneurs, professors from world renowned universities, managers and experts from various fields, to help us understand from their perspective the way that the entrepreneurial world will develop in the following years.

Felix Daniliuc has an experience of over 18 years in finance and banking, in activities such as: trade finance, custody, cash management, retail banking, subsidiary network coordination and direct sales, and he has been the General Manager of Raiffeisen Leasing since January 2010. In the period 2007-2009 he worked as a Direct Sales Manager at Raiffeisen Bank. Before, he was a retail manager for two years at the same bank. Tedy Necula is a producer at Inspirational Filmmaking and creative director at The Handicapped – agency for inspirational advertising. He has created over 40 inspirational campaigns and documentaries about projects and commercial or social causes in Europe. Tedy Necula had the chance to be in contact with people of vulnerable groups, such as orphans, disabled people, LGBT people or women in prisons, AIDS patients and communities in risk areas. His kind of philosophy makes him look for the inspirational part in narratives of any subject or brand, even where other people only find drama. “My evolution in life inspires the audience and I am grateful to be able to have an impact wherever I may share my ideas. For starters, I was invited to give a speech in the Romanian Parliament, then I had the chance to speak at several conferences or in front of vulnerable communities. I only share my way and my experiences, in the hopes that my audience will develop its own perspective, which will ultimately lead to changing their lives. Entrepreneur with a leadership experience of 10 years, Genoveva Hossu is not only a trained decorator at one of Europe’s best schools, "Kelly Hoppen Design School" (2011, London), but also a graduate of “Decorator courses Jab, Ado International” (2010). The theoretical experience gained at these courses, along with years of professional experience became the basis of her job as a decorator. Through INGENO, a new interior design brand, that provides design, decoration and project management services, Genoveva is decorating her clients lives in an absolutely original way. Since 2013 Genoveva Hossu has realized that she could speak to people not only through her projects, but also directly from the scene of various events, where she was invited as a speaker on topics such as entrepreneurship or lessons of fundraising.

He is also the founder of JCI Targu Mures and had a significant contribution to the dynamization of the business environment in Targu Mures by organizing more than 20 events dedicated to the business environment in one year, by promoting the investitional and touristic potential.
