Florin Cardasim

Florin is a software architect and Agile coach. Beyond his technical skills, he gained a broad experience as a trainer for companies and speaker in conferences and community events. Passionate by technology and by working with people to grow amazing things. Focused on people, quality and on-time delivery, while carefully looking to foster innovation and unleash the fun out of the software development.
After spending more then 15 years in large companies holding key positions, Florin started Strongbytes (http://strongbytes.ro), his own IT consultancy company, focusing on helping businesses to reach their potential through happy people, optimized processes, and intelligent technologies. Since 2008 Florin is organizing Codecamp (http://codecamp.ro), one of the largest IT conferences in Romania.
