Mihaela Gălăţanu

Mihaela is a strategig professional  with over 20 years of experience in top management positions in HR, Operational and General Management areas who deploys participative management style in fast-paced, diverse workforce, in companies as : Bunge ( HR & Administrative Director, Board Member), Specialiste Computer Center ( General Manager, Board Member), E.ON ( HR Director, Deputy General Director), NESS ( Operational Manager, Board Member), Azomures ( HR Director).

Mihaela’s experience lies mainly in the area of managing vast change programs within the organisations she was active in, ranging from a size of 60 to 1200 employees to over 7000 employees. Results targeted were in the area of Organisational Development both on the structure and the people perspective, through Organisational Restructuring, Talent Motivation and Retention programs, Performance Compensation Management programs, Change Management and  organisational culture.

As Operational Manager and General Manager she was responsible for a budget of 140 mil Euro, reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement in order to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

Mihaela graduated the Terchnical University Gh. Asachi in Iasi, Faculty of Electrotechnics in 1987, later  obtaining her Master at the University of Westminster, U.K., in 2004
