Shaun Swanepoel
Shaun is the International Account Manager for the EMEA region, his remit is to help develop and support the Thomas network of partners and business units to grow and develop their operations. Assisting with product development, up-skilling of our global consultant network, business development and maintenance of the Thomas brand and service standards.
Shaun joined Thomas in 2010, as a Client Development Consultant assisting both client and Thomas field consultants across the UK Southern Region. In 2012, Shaun become the Regional Account Manager, working with the existing client base helping to develop their use of Thomas assessments and assisting them to effectively recruit, retain, develop and lead high performance teams and individuals.
In January 2015, Shaun was asked to join the international team and to develop and grow the service that is provided to the Thomas global partner network, helping Thomas distributors all over the world to grow, build and support their client base. He has just recently returned from South Africa where he supported coordinated the recruitment, set-up and on-boarding of the new Thomas South Africa business operation.
