Adrian Luca .

In 2001, Adrian Luca graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems and then the Romanian-Canadian MBA in finances organized by ASE in partnership with University of Ottawa and HEC Montreal. Since 2005 he has been an expert accountant and since 2006 a tax advisor. From September 2001 until the end of February 2009, Adrian Luca worked at PwC. In this period he specialized in transfer prices, being posted for almost one year at the PwC office in Brussels, and since 2007 he has participated, as assistant, to the meetings of the Common Forum of the European Union on transfer prices (body that gives recommendations in the field of transfer prices for member states of the European Union).

Besides, he conceived and wrote some of the internal legislation on transfer prices and the procedure of advance price agreement issuance. Adrian Luca also gives courses on transfer prices as part of the training program for tax advisors in Romania and publishes various articles on the topic in specialized journals in the country and abroad.

Currently, Adrian Luca is a managing partner of TPS.
