Within less than 3 years, she managed to being the tocmai.ro website  from the stage of start-up, to Top 3 websites in Romania.

Subsequently, Bianca Dancila founded GripADs advertisingcompany, helping theonline businesses make money from the traffic on the website. However, the passion for Marketing and Communication Strategy made her develop a special Online Marketing consultancy department for the serious online projects, aiming at a top position in the industryof their activity.

In 2014, she launched the most complex training programme about Online Marketing Strategy, www.cursmarketing.ro. This programme runs in the main cities in Romania, in order to facilitate the access of the entrepreneurs and marketing specialists tovaluable information.
