Answer:

My topic is “FLEXI YOUR HUMAN NATURE – Why Is the Customer Like That?”

The key aim is to understand the value of improved customer relationships and allowing the opportunity to improve service levels and more importantly increase sales.

 

Why did you choose this subject?

Answer:

This subject is the fundamental backbone of all service and sales… And for most businesses if not all, what they want is to provide better service and increase sales. Hence why I have chosen this subject. At the heart of all sales and services is human nature, therefore understanding it and learning to flex it is the key.

Answer:

Why did you choose a personal development career? What was the trigger to your decision?

Answer:

It wasn’t a conscious decision it was something I feel into… So, from that perspective, I believe Personal Development choose me. I was always a child who questioned a lot things growing up and still do to this day…Personal development as being the vehicle or source from where most of those questions have been answered.

 

Can someone make a living by this profession?

Answer:

Anyone can earn a living from any profession. Just to clarify, personal development is something people get involved in to develop themselves and the people that earn from it are people who provide individuals with the tools, tactics, strategies, ideas, methodologies and ways in which that individual can benefit from their products or services. Just in the same ways as any normal profession out there. Ultimately, what personal development provides is a change in ones circumstances. A change from where someone his to where someone wants to be.

 

Why is personal development so important for a business owner?

Answer:

It is extremely important for two main reasons:

To develop the owner of the business itself, so he can cope with the day-to-day stresses of being a business owner and juggling personal issues at the same time.

To develop the business, as we all know the business environment is constantly changing and evolving and if your business is not up-to-date with current market trends then it won’t survive.

 

What do you know about Romania and the business environment here?

Answer:

This is a very easy question for me to answer because this will be my third speaking engagement in Romania.

I personally find the business environment very formal and the people I’ve worked with are very courteous and respectful of their business partners. They are a very studious bunch with great qualifications and a real thirst for knowledge.

What I really love about the people of Romania is that they are very humble and understated.

Answer:
